or will NOT be permitted to tryout!

Eligibility
Boys & Girls from Middlesex, Dunellen, Bound Brook, South Bound Brook, Green Brook and surrounding communities, born between August 1, 1989 and July 31, 2001 are eligible.
Players must try out with their appropriate age group prior to trying out with older groups if desired.

The Middlesex Youth Soccer Association is an independent, not-for-profit, organization affiliated with the Mid-New Jersey Youth Soccer Association. Players must try out with their appropriate age group. The registration fee of $190 per player, per season, must be paid in full by the tryout date. There is also a one-time uniform fee of approximately $75 for NEW players. Families with more than one child will receive a $25 discount on each additional player registration. All players will be REQUIRED to participate in CAN DAY, or pay a $25 opt out fee. In addition, one person from each player's family must take part in at least two hours of volunteer activity during the playing season. Opt out fees do not apply to volunteer activities. Payment of registration fee does not guarantee team placement. Players who are not placed will receive a full refund of their registration fees. Visit our information table at tryouts to learn more.

If your son or daughter is interested in trying out, registration forms can be found at Middlesex Rec. department, or online at our website, listed below. Completed registration forms and a check or money order for $190 (plus any additional fees as listed above) are due by October 15, 2008. Send to MYSA Registrar, 322 Giles Avenue, Middlesex, NJ 08846. Make checks payable to MYSA. If not pre-registered, a registration form MUST be filled out and signed by a parent or guardian before tryouts. Please arrive 20 minutes earlier than start time for your age group.
